LOCTITE^® Dual-Channel Digital Controller is a versatile, multi-function controller for actuating 1 or 2 dispensing valves, as well as appropriate peripheral equipment, such as LOCTITE^® Advancing Slide, LOCTITE^® Rotorspray, or an in-line flow monitor or reservoir. Reservoir pressure is regulated by means of a precision regulator and measured by a digital transducer.

LOCTITE^® Integrated Semi-Automatic Controller controls the dispensing pressure in a reservoir and the pneumatic operation of the dispense valve according to the selected dispensing time. It has a digital pressure display and digital time ranging from 0.04 to 99.9 seconds, which allows the operator to make pin-point accurate deposits when applying a wide range of fluids from low- to high-viscosity. This controller can be interfaced with various LOCTITE^® reservoirs and valves to make a complete dispensing system.

LOCTITE^® RC50 Integrated Dispenser is an automatic dispenser machine with independent digital timing channels, which means you can control two pneumatic outputs at the same time. These outputs can be used to control dispense valves or any LOCTITE automatic dispense valve or pneumatic handheld applicator. It has two operating modes: timed or continuous, perfect for dot or bead dispensing applications. The reservoir can handle 250 ml (8.7 oz), 500 g (17.6 oz), 1 liter (35 oz), 2 kg (4.4 lb) and 200 g (7 oz) adhesive packages, and the dispenser is suitable for either manual workstations or automated production lines. The dispenser is Industry 4.0 compatible, providing enhanced communication/connectivity via Ethernet, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi.

The valve’s high performance design ensures effective control, and the over-spray and positive valve shut-off virtually eliminates nozzle dripping. Not to be used to apply adhesives or flammable products. LOCTITE^® Diaphragm Valves are pneumatically activated dispense valves that utilize a floating PTFE diaphragm. The valves can be mounted or handheld in conjunction with pressure-time dispense systems. The valves are not suited for cyanoacrylate products. The 2 mm (0.08 oz) orifice diaphragm valve is used with low-viscosity anaerobics (up to 2,500 mPa·s). The 3 mm (0.12 oz) orifice diaphragm valve is used with low- to medium-viscosity anaerobic and thixotropic products (2,500 to 5,000 mPa·s).

LOCTITE^® SD10 Digital Syringe Dispenser has digital timing control for increased precision over typical pressure-time systems. An adjustable pressure regulator controls a pulse of air and, when used in conjunction with an air line adapter attached to an adhesive syringe barrel, will provide a controlled dispensed amount of adhesive. The system can be operated in manual, timed (automatic), or cycle (incremental) mode to dispense dots and beads, or to fill syringes. It can also be used in conjunction with a cartridge retainer to operate a LOCTITE manual dispense valve for low- to medium-viscosity products. LOCTITE^® SD20 Digital Syringe Dispenser is a semi-automatic, pneumatic syringe dispensing system. It has digital timing control with decimal settings for increased precision over typical pressure-time systems. A precision manual pressure regulator ensures a controlled amount of adhesive is dispensed. The system offers multiple program operation modes and a suck-back feature with a digital vacuum display that helps to prevent dripping from the dispense tip.

LOCTITE^® HM20 PUR Controller System is designed to dispense dots or beads of LOCTITE^® PUR Hot Melt Adhesives in 30 ml (1 oz) syringe barrels. The complete system consists of a controller, dispense head, pre-heater and needle pre-heater. The controller is an electro-pneumatic device to precisely control the amount of air pressure applied to the syringe barrel for a set time period to deliver a consistent amount of adhesive each time the system is actuated. The system is designed to be used with LOCTITE benchtop robots or can integrate into any stationary work cell. LOCTITE^® RC15 Compact Rotor Pump Controller is a volumetric dispensing system designed for maximum precision. Thanks to an intuitive touch screen and interface, the controller is easy to use. Dispensing parameters – like flow rate and suck-back volume – can all be adjusted and controlled on-screen. Three programs can be stored, allowing for different dispensing applications at the touch of a button.

LOCTITE^® PU20 Digital Peristaltic Dispenser is a reliable and effective benchtop bottle dispenser of 1-part, low-viscosity adhesives. It is great for precise dosing or applications that require a specific flow rate. This dispenser is electro-mechanically operated and does not require the use of an air source. It transfers liquids directly from the bottle to a handheld dispense valve. This dispenser provides volumetric dispensing of non-thixotropic materials such as cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, UV products, or solvents up to a viscosity of 5,000 mPa·s. It can be used as a manual or semi-automatic work station.

LOCTITE^® Compact Micro Rotor Pump 1.0 is a volumetric dispenser that applies LOCTITE adhesives out of a reservoir with high repeatability. Ideal for small drop and bead dispensing, delivering a flow rate of up to 1.5 ml (0.05 oz)/min. It is a rotating displacement system consisting of a rotor and stator. Requires LOCTITE^® RC15 Rotor Pump Controller to form a complete dispensing system.

LOCTITE^® Compact Rotor Pump Dispenser 4.0 applies adhesives – like anaerobics, acrylates and UV acrylates – with incredible accuracy and repeatability. Ideal for small to medium drop and bead dispensing, delivering a flow rate of up to 6 ml (0.2 oz)/min. This volumetric dispenser is a rotating displacement system and consists of a rotor and stator.

Choose LOCTITE^® CL40 LED Spot Curing Quad Controller to receive the unit itself, a Foot Switch and an AC power cord. Combined with up to four LED Light Sources, you’ll have an instant on/off LED system that’s like four high intensity spot lamps in one. Use the resistive color touchscreen to choose either continuous light output mode, or an up to 7-step programmed output mode. The light output intensity and time can even be programmed separately for each LED head.

LOCTITE^® CL32 LED Spot Curing Handheld Light Sources are high powered, portable LED light sources that offer a high level of flexibility for all your UV or visible light curing needs.
