1)To maintain and service existing customer base / clients.
2)To identify and develop new customer and end user.
3)To conduct market survey and customer road mapping exercise to identify market potential.
4)Achieve sales target and servicing of existing and new potential customers.
5)Work closely with technical and production department in project development.
6)Provide regular sales report on sales activities and project follow-up.
7)Other business functions deem necessary.

7)Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Customer Service Executive

Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, your role is very important as: Inside Sales Support

  • Responsible to source and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors.
  • Be one of the Customer’s key contact person for customer order management and attend to customer inquiries.
  • Follow up on account receivables from customer to avoid any delivery block by Finance & assist in remain the positive cash flow.
  • Support in providing the assistance and information to Sales Representative.
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information
  • Attend to customer complaint by understand the details, log in and coordinate with internal stakeholder to provide resolution back to customer within the expected timeframe.
  • Provide customer service by staying on top of outstanding orders and shipments status.
  • Liaise and coordinate with 3rd party service provider or warehouse personnel for both inbound and outbound deliveries arrangement.
  • Handle the product sample order and demo unit request (as required). Responsible in the assigned administrative activities when necessary.
  • Responsible to have the systematic filing system and necessary record retention.

 Who are we looking for?

  • Good communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in the position of customer service or sales coordinator for minimum 1 years will be added advantage
  • Able to prioritize, excellent in follow through and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead the team on sales performance and growth for all customer accounts.

• Strategies sales and marketing plan, implement sales tactics and activities to lead sales team to meet sales target and growth.

• Manage and monitor assigned customer accounts to maintain and grow revenue for each account.

• Ensure all order delivery performance meet set KPIs and consistent high level of customer satisfactions.

• Manage, develop and train team members to ensure team performance meet set KPIs.

• To liaise with customers, factories, principals to solve quality issues and provide after sales service.

• Require to work with internal team for forecast planning to support customer demand.

• Other duties as required by management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical or Materials Engineering.

• At least 2 – 5 year(s) experience in PCBA / Semiconductor industry.

• At least 1 – 3 year(s) experience in team management or as a team leader. • Strong written and verbal communications skills
