• Responsible to lead the team on sales performance and growth for all customer accounts.
• Strategies sales and marketing plan, implement sales tactics and activities to lead sales team to meet sales target and growth.
• Manage and monitor assigned customer accounts to maintain and grow revenue for each account.
• Ensure all order delivery performance meet set KPIs and consistent high level of customer satisfactions.
• Manage, develop and train team members to ensure team performance meet set KPIs.
• To liaise with customers, factories, principals to solve quality issues and provide after sales service.
• Require to work with internal team for forecast planning to support customer demand.
• Other duties as required by management.
Job Requirement
• Minimum Diploma of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
• At least 2 – 5 year(s) experience in PCBA / Semiconductor industry.
• At least 1 – 3 year(s) experience in team management or as a team leader. • Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proactive, responsible confident, pleasant and customer-oriented.
• Result driven & a self-starter.
• Confident communicator – work closely with high level customers and present to large audiences
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
